Who is Labelmaster built for?
Labelmaster serves record labels, music distributors, and professional independent artists who manage catalogs at scale. If you track more than a handful of releases, split royalties across collaborators, or deliver to multiple DSPs, the platform is built for you.
Which DSPs and platforms do you deliver to?
We support the major commercial platforms — Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, and the full DSP long tail — plus social and short-form platforms. Feed setup is configurable per provider with retry and audit built in.
How do royalty splits work?
Splits are configured at track or product level and recomputed every reporting cycle. Each stakeholder sees a dedicated finance report and can download a PDF statement per period. No more manual spreadsheets.
Do you handle bulk operations?
Yes. Bulk smartlinks, bulk label edits, bulk uploads, and bulk deliveries are native — every batch run is captured in the audit log with the option to review, replay, or reverse.
How do you protect catalogs against fraud or artificial streams?
Every delivery, metadata change, and bulk action is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail. Combined with per-DSP feed inspectors and status filters, you have a defensible record for any takedown dispute.
Is there an API or can we import existing data?
Yes. Import jobs and batch ingestion cover catalog migration; a programmatic API is available for distributors running automated pipelines. Contact sales for credentials and onboarding.
What does pricing look like?
Labelmaster is enterprise-only — every plan is a custom quote scoped to catalog size, delivery volume, and user seats. There is no public tier or self-serve checkout. Book a demo and we'll quote against your operation.
How do you handle migration from DistroKid, TuneCore, or a legacy distributor?
Catalog migration is included in onboarding. We ingest UPCs and metadata from your current stack, reconcile DDEX feeds with existing DSP registrations, and run in parallel during cut-over so there's no delivery gap. Royalty history imports from common CSV formats on request.
Do you pay rights-holders directly, or just calculate royalties?
We pay. Labelmaster calculates splits, generates PDF statements, and executes payouts to rights-holders via ACH, SEPA, and Wise on your approval. You don't run transfers manually.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical implementations take weeks, not months. Onboarding covers catalog migration, DSP credentials, user setup, and a training session; distributors with complex feed configurations take longer. Your demo lead will scope a timeline against your catalog size.
